Spent Easter weekend at a hotel with great amenities! The breakfast was complimentary and included a variety of options, including salad and decent coffee. The hotel had on-site parking, which was a convenient feature. Also, everything worked well in terms of the hotel's facilities. Finally, the hotel provided free bikes for guests, allowing us to explore the surroundings easily.
The staff's attitude left much to be desired. They seemed rude and unhelpful, often acting like we were inconveniencing them. Additionally, the level of cleanliness could have been better. We noticed that some areas weren't vacuumed properly, and there were some spots with debris that should have been cleaned up. we enjoyed our stay, but the staff's attitude and cleanliness issues detracted from what could have been a truly lovely experience.

This hotel is located near many shops, restaurants, and a night market, making it easy to get around by taxi. the rooms are well-designed with clean beds and surfaces. the complimentary breakfast offers salad and decent coffee. the hotel provides on-site parking and quality vacuum cleaners to use.
The staff could improve their customer service skills, and some areas may need more attention when it comes to cleaning.

We recently had a romantic weekend getaway at this hotel and it was amazing. The value for money was unbeatable! We loved the fancy decor and the build quality was top-notch. The breakfast was complimentary and filling with delicious salad and decent coffee. The parking on site was a plus as well as the bikes that were available for us to ride around the area.
We did have a couple of downsides during our stay. The staff at reception seemed a bit rude and unhelpful.
